If you use tripods, you should own one of these per every tripod you own. They not only add elegance to any formal event, but they can also be turned into a great "club like" effect when you put a uplight behind it. I use LED mini strips for mine. Besides the visual effect they offer, the two other major reasons I highly recommend these is they are added safety measures to ensure people don't trip over your black tripod legs, possibly damaging your equipment. People notices these and I have never had anyone trip over a tripod leg since I got these. They are also machine washable! Long lasting, very dependable.
I got these the very next day of purchase. They looked great although I paid the "used" price. Can't wait for my first wedding to use them.
These are great for hiding your speaker tripods if you're not particularly pleased with how they look. This can be especially important at weddings, where the look of your system can clash with the decorations people use. The only issue with them that I've run into is height. The closer you get to seven feet, the more the fabric stretches. So far I haven't had an actual problem, but I would imagine someone who needs their speakers higher than that might rip them.<br /> <br /> But at most events, that's not going to be a problem, particularly small private occasions like bar mitzvahs and birthday parties. The fact is that clients want you to look good as well as sound good, and unfortunately some DJ stands and accessories were designed more for utility than appearance. These scrims help you make up for that by giving your setup a clean, professional look, so that you can focus on playing good music.<br />

I purchased one to try them out. They are a heavy duty scrim but very stretchy. They will stretch to 7 ft but not any higher. They may rip but I do not know that for sure and I'm not going to find out. So today I purchased a second scrim and I purchased the scrim clamps. Have not used them but from you tube videos I have seen they are a must to have to protect your scrims when hanging. I will probably purchase two black scrims at a later date. Top notch quality! I know own 2 sets. The first set I have had for several years. I use them several times a week. Wash up easy and still look like new:) I also have other scrims from the same company and will continue to buy aditonal products from this company. Adds a great eligent look especially when using up lights behind them.

These were great as I needed a second set and I opted for these as I already had the 3 sided ones and I wanted to give these a try. I like these a lot better as I needed these for some remote speakers I had set up against a wall. had a couple of par lights set at the bottom and they looked great from across the room.
